Care Instructions for Our Apparel Collection

These guidelines are applicable to the majority of our range, including merchandise, trousers, base layers, and mid-layers.

Preparation for Washing:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing to safeguard external patches, buttons, or seams.

Washing Recommendations:

• Use a gentle non-bio detergent.
• Wash on a low temperature (30°C is suitable).
• For fleece layers, minimize washing when possible, and consider hand washing with a detergent designed for delicates.

Drying Tips:

• Whenever possible, air dry your garments.
• Avoid leaving them on radiators.
• Refrain from using the tumble drier.
• Be mindful when hanging garments to dry, as improper support may lead to stretching

Ironing Tips:

• Iron inside out, Do not iron directly over print.

RETURNS CRITERIA

We know that sometimes you'll need to return a product to us.

Return Policy: Robore mentis Apparel offers a 14 days return policy from the delivery date to receive a refund or 28 days for an exchange or gift voucher.

Online orders must be shipped back to our returns address and cannot be returned in store.

How to return a product:

1. Please package the item unworn with the original tags and labels attached. Any products damaged or with signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.  
2. Please also include the original invoice highlighting whether you would like a refund or exchange marked next to each item and the reason for the refund / exchange. If you no longer have the invoice, please simply include a note with your name and order number so that we can locate this return back to you.
3. At this time we are unable to offer free returns due to this we recommend you use Royal Mail or your local carrier to return the items to us. We recommend sending them via a tracked postal service and obtaining proof of posting or tracking information.
4. Please return your item using the provided address label, That will be sent in your user login profile.Or the address on the provided label if unable to print.

What happens next?

1. Once your return has arrived with us it will be inspected by our team and processed.
2. Please allow up to 15 working days after it has arrived at our warehouse for your refund / exchange to be dispatched.
3. All refunds will be paid to the original payment method.
4. You'll receive an email from our team to confirm once this has happened.

Please note: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure that they packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. Underwear items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please be aware that as per our terms and conditions, if you are returning an item that came with a free item that the free item must also be returned. If not returned, the sale price of the free item will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Then Please input your email address, You will then be sent a 6 digit passcode to enter. (please check junk mail if not received) 

Once logged into your account please select "RETURN" You will be asked for a reason please give a valid reason and then Click "request return"

Our team will then review the the request to ensure it hits the return eligibility. 

Once your return is approved, you will receive a returns address label via email. Please print the label and securely attach it to your package. Then, take the package to your nearest Royal Mail office or any other designated postal service provider to complete the return process.
